Alphabet City (STEM)
10th October 2017

With the help of Ms Chrysa Polyzou, our school architect, the Grade 1 students had the chance to learn that if seen from the sky, many roads, houses, forests and other places can have the shape of a letter. We also realized that people and animals can form letters using their body, and that nature or everyday objects sometimes look remarkably like the alphabet letters we have been learning!

By the end of our lesson, our students played, learned and helped each other design 3D letters and whole "cities". Their very own Alphavvile!
