Four Seasons in a Box (STEM Academy)
4th April 2017

The Energy Heroes are ready for their new mission: Little Botanists. This time we’re exploring nature. That’s why we decided to study the weather conditions that affect all living life around us. We learned, played and carried out experiments about the weather and went on a short trip around our campus with Ms Chrysa Polyzou to collect natural elements that could represent the four seasons! Sticks, brown, yellow, red and green leaves, pinecones, wild flowers, grass, pine needles and many more were collected in our baskets. We saw almond trees, fennels, olive trees and chamomiles and admired the miracles of nature that surround us.

A cardboard box, plastic wrap and lots of creativity were the ingredients that helped create our beautiful "Seasons in a Box" sets. Put your head in and feel the chill of winter, the warm breeze of summer, the first rain of fall and the smell of spring flowers
