After almost two months of absence due to the pandemic, Pre-K, Kindergarten and Elementary School students returned to campus in mid-January.
Following all safety protocols, the Elementary School teachers and staff welcomed back the students with enthusiasm, positive energy and warmth. Students adapted easily to the school environment and were excited to participate in experiential learning activities in the greenhouses, labs and open campus spaces.
Creative activities, free play and campus excursions, were the focus of the new thematic units at the Pre-K, while Kindergarten students positively surprised their teachers by readjusting quickly to their daily school routines.
The Haseotes Middle School students also returned to their classrooms. "The students responded with maturity, patience and optimism to the challenges of quarantine. The teachers supported the students and their families in every possible way in this difficult period. Preparations for the reopening of the school were carried out at an intensive pace" said the Haseotes Middle School Principal, Dimitris Slavoudis.
General and Vocational High School students continue their online classes until further notice.
