The second, free training cycle for breeders was completed on Friday 12thof June by the School of Professional Education of the American Farm School. The seminar titled "Experiential training and counseling program for professional breeders" was conducted by the Library of Kalampaka in cooperation with the American Farm School.
The eight-month, 48-54-hour teaching program aimed to train 41 breeders and implement best practices in livestock farms, improving dairy and meat production. In addition, a specialized experiential seminar was held for the graduates of last year's seminar series focused on issues of genetic improvement, facilities, livestock and selection of mechanical equipment. Upon completion, the breeders received a certificate of participation.
