Registrar’s Office
The job of the Registrar is to maintain student records, monitor student compliance with matriculation and graduation requirements, evaluate transfer credit, maintain the security of records and examinations, issue official transcripts and carry out various other functions connected to the preparation, dissemination and safekeeping of student records.
Welcome from the Registrar
On behalf of the Registrar’s Office, let me welcome you to Perrotis College. Since our office registers you for each semester that you are at Perrotis College, I am sure we have already met. And I’m sure we’ll come into contact many more times, since there are several ways in which our office helps students, including the following:

Evaluating transfer credit; |

Approving Adds and Drops; |

Maintaining and issuing records of student grades; |

Maintaining records on student declarations of Courses (Majors) and Pathways (Specializations); |

Monitoring student progress toward a degree; |
 |
Issuing official grade transcripts and degrees; |
 |
Processing student grievance petitions; and |
 |
Processing applications by students for withdrawal and reentry into the College program. |

Registration Procedures
New Students
Once a newly accepted student has completed all admissions requirements, including the payment of fees, the Registrar will assist him or her in registering for classes.
Continuing Students
From their second semester on, all students will pre-register with their academic adviser during Study Week (the second-to-last week of the semester). Once the adviser has approved and signed the Pre-Registration Form, the student will submit this form to the Registrar’s Office.
For information concerning adding and dropping modules, withdrawal from modules, applying for an Incomplete grade and other matters related to the Registrar’s office, please consult the Student Handbook or contact the Registrar’s Office.
