The School’s Educational Farm provides students of all ages with hands-on experiences that amplify academic learning, bridge disciplines, and spark science-driven innovation. Sales from its products also contribute to the School’s scholarship program and operations. This Fall’s harvest includes about 500 liters of extra virgin olive oil from the campus olive trees and cold-pressed in the Perrotis College Olive Center, as well as 700 Thanksgiving turkeys raised for the local market. Another 22,000 Farm-fresh turkeys will be harvested and sold in Thessaloniki and Athens for the Christmas holidays.
