All teachers are carefully selected to exemplify the following attributes:

• Work ethic
• Experience in primary education
• Experience in designing and implementing experiential environmental programs and other innovative programs
• Master's degree in education (with preference in Environmental Education)
• Excellent knowledge of English
• Excellent knowledge and ability to effectively incorporate Information and Communication Technologies (Information Technology) in the classroom

All our teachers, regularly participate in in-house training seminars, but also in selected training seminars throughout Greece and Europe, in order to assimilate the most current developments in the field of education. In this way our teaching staff actively contributes to the constant development of the educational vision of the school, as well as to its sustainable operation.
