English Language Teaching

English language learning is part of our daily program. By teaching students through educational games and other activities that encourage them to participate with curiosity and enjoyment, our principal objective is to develop their willingness and ability to communicate effectively in English.

The English teachers are native speakers, who strive to create an environment that stimulates students and engages them in support of this objective. Through organized interactive activities, we try to guide the children to think in English and express themselves orally without translating from the Greek language – making them true bilingual thinkers.

Our everyday activities in the vegetable garden, the greenhouse and throughout the farm provide us with additional opportunities for use of the English language in creative contexts, while the celebration of American holidays (i.e. Halloween, Thanksgiving, etc.) and introduction to American customs help our students to become familiar with various aspects of American culture.
